Portable sign locations may be placed within city limits with boulevard use permit under Procedure 605-2 (for not for profit or community events). The Land Use Bylaw requirements for portable signs Section 4.10 f) reads “they shall be situated wholly upon the site of the business or activity to which the advertising on the sign refers, and shall not contain third-party advertising”. Portable Signage cannot be placed on land that your place of business does not own or lease within city limits.
